This method of decoration is equally as popular as Screen Printing; with polo shirt embroidery remaining the most popular of garment / decoration choices.

Kustom Clothing use state of the art embroidery techniques to replicate your logo / design onto any garment, no matter how detailed or complex. We use embroidery for smaller designs, such as logos and names etc.

The embroidery process is achieved by transferring your logo / design to a digital format using our embroidery software. Once this is complete, the design is then uploaded to our state of the art embroidery machines.

Each digitised logo created using this method is called a 'jacquard' and is unique to you and yours to keep if you so wish. The word 'jacquard' is named after the French inventor, Joseph Marie Jacquard, who invented the 'jacquard loom' in 1801, which could automatically weave complicated patterns.

Embroidery is suited to all garments but looks great on Polo shirts, sweat shirts, fleeces and heavy garments in general and although we would recommend printing onto T-shirts, T-shirt embroidery is often very effective and with a complete work uniform looks very professional.
